HOW TO JOIN ECHUCA MOAMA LITTLE ATHLETICS?

To register your athlete follow the appropriate link to 'Trial Athlete' or 'Returning' .
​
All members will need to create a Game Day account first if you don't already have one. For the 2024/25 season, LAVic have moved over to a new registering system (Game Day).
If you are a new member and wish have 2 weeks free trial before committing, click on the option 'Trial Athlete'.
Once you have had two trials, you must register as a full member to continue to participate. Alternatively you may simply register and become a financial member also without the trial period ('New Member').

Age groups for the 2024-25 season are based on how old the athlete is as of the 31st December 2024.
Important: Athletes turning 5 after Jan 1 (2020) must wait until they have had their birthday before registering (these new Under 6 athletes will repeat U6 in the next calendar season – 25/26).

Senior Athletics
HOW TO JOIN ECHUCA MOAMA SENIOR ATHLETICS?

To register as a senior athlete, there are two components:

ALL ATHLETES need to be a member of Victorian Masters Athletics (VMA) for insurance purposes. For those over 30 years it is $10 in your first year. Those under 30 years need to register as an Associate Member (also $10 in your first year). Go to www.vicmastersaths.org.au or hit the Masters button above and join from October 1, 2023.
Select Echuca/Moama as your 'team'.

You will need to pay the club membership fee of $60 (for unlimited competitions - 15+ comps) to become a member for the 2024/25 season. If you want to be a casual member and cant commit to the full season, you can pay a causal fee of $5 per person per meet. All casual members will still need to pay the $10 Masters registration for insurance purposes.

Important Note: The above memberships do not allow for athletes to compete in the AV championship events. Including AV States, State Combined, Vic Countries or Relay championships. However it does allow for participation in the AV Masters State Championship events.
If you wish to participate in the AV Championship events in the green and white under the EMA banner you will need to become a member of Athletics Victoria on top of your club membership. You can register with Athletics Victoria by visiting to www.athsvic.org.au. Bendigo runs a weekly AVSL competition that your can compete in on Saturday afternoons.

Our senior competition plan is to encourage everyone of all abilities who may be interested in giving athletics a go to come down and have some fun. It will be professional but also casual. There will be something for eveyone.
​
As this is our first year offering a senior athletics season, we are taking things slow and utilising the equipment we currently have. This does mean there may be some events that we simply are not equipped to offer just at the moment. However, as the seasons progress we will be updating as we go and looking at option to introduce these events and accommodate as much as we can.
